A Real-Life Example of Impact

Through the Arks of Rescue, we were able to support Sherida, a single mother of five children, during a challenging time. Her oldest daughter had not attended school since the start of the school year. By providing in-home visits and one-on-one support, her daughter is now back in school and thriving.

Additionally, we’ve been able to assist Sherida with weekly transportation for appointments and groceries. We even pick up her children to attend church with our family, helping them experience a sense of community and faith. Her children are beginning to see the stability and care that comes with a structured, loving environment, which is reflected in their improved behavior and attitudes.

Sherida has been expressing deep gratitude and recently shared her desire to attend church with me and fellowship more together. I can see her becoming empowered, taking greater responsibility to ensure her daughters get up and out the door for school each morning.
