Providing spiritual guidance through Christ-centered discipleship.

Equipping parents with skills to overcome negative patterns and create healthy, nurturing homes.

Teaching children faith-building principles to replace fear, rejection, and trauma with hope, love, and purpose.

Through the Arks of Rescue, we help families rewrite their stories and break free from cycles of poverty, neglect, addiction, and broken relationships.

At Beauty BNU Arts and Sound, we believe that creativity is a powerful tool to break generational curses, heal trauma, and bring freedom to youth. Many children and young adults carry the weight of negative patterns such as rejection, fear, trauma, and broken relationships that have been passed down through their families.

This group uses art, music, dance, theater, spoken word, and poetry to:

Reveal Truth: Helping youth confront and express their struggles in a safe, faith-filled environment.

Redefine Identity: Teaching them that they are not bound by the pain or limitations of their past but are fearfully and wonderfully made in Christ (Psalm 139:14).

Restore Hope: Guiding them to create a new legacy filled with purpose, joy, and the truth of God’s promises.

How the Arts Break Generational Curses

Art: Through visual art, youth can express emotions and experiences they may struggle to articulate, providing a way to release pain and envision a new future.

Music: Music becomes a healing tool, helping them process generational trauma and embrace the truth of God’s promises.

Sharing your story and Theater: Acting and writing give them a space to confront and reshape their family’s narrative, breaking free from cycles of despair and creating a testimony of hope and transformation.

Dance: Dance offers another form of self-expression, allowing youth to physically move through pain and release past hurts, while embracing the freedom found in Christ.

Spoken Word and Poetry: Spoken word and poetry provide youth with a voice to express themselves through pure, positive, and effective communication. These forms offer a powerful outlet to channel their emotions, declare God’s promises, and rewrite their stories in a way that breaks chains and inspires transformation.

"Through Beauty BNU Arts and Sound, Haylei found a way to express the pain she carried from her family's struggles and trauma."

When Haylei first arrived at our home on May 6, 2022, she was burdened with anger, anxiety, and fear, questioning her identity and unaware of Christ’s love. From the very beginning, we poured into her life, surrounding her with the tools she needed to heal—daily family devotionals, morning prayer, and cultivating a lifestyle of surrender and obedience to the Lord.

We taught the girls in our home what it truly means to live out their faith, creating an environment centered on transparency and vulnerability—a place where honesty is encouraged, without pretense. In this space, we openly shared struggles—both past and present—allowing healing to take place. Our home became a sanctuary filled with worship, intentional parenting, discipleship, laughter, outdoor activities, and the unwavering love of Christ.

Through this journey, Haylei encountered Jesus. She surrendered her life to Him, received salvation, and was baptized for the first time. As her faith grew, so did her confidence. She uncovered hidden gifts in theater, creative writing, and drawing. Through spoken word, she learned to share her pain, struggles, and testimony, discovering the power of freedom in using her voice. Creative expression became a transformational outlet, helping her release fear, anger, and anxiety and allowing her to experience true peace, joy, and healing in Christ.

Today, Haylei uses her art, writing, and theater to share her story and inspire others, proving that no one has to remain in the shadow of their past. Her testimony is a powerful reminder of the freedom and transformation that come through Christ and creative expression.

By reflecting Christ’s love and truth, we empower children, teens, and young adults to rewrite their family’s narrative, replacing cycles of pain and brokenness with hope, healing, and transformation.
