At Birthing A Nation, we are moving forward in obedience to God’s call, igniting people into action and living as examples of Christ’s love. Our mission is rooted in being the hands and feet of Jesus—making Him visible in every aspect of what we do. We seek to eliminate lukewarm faith, moving in unity to bring reformation by tearing down the old and building the new. Together, we join forces to shift the nation for generations to come.
Our purpose is to prepare for the awakening that is to come, blowing the trumpet, sounding the alarm, and sending out a Clarion Call to reclaim what has been lost—Christ, family, and unity. As a people walking in freedom and guided by the Spirit of Truth, to serve as Christ’s hands and feet on earth.
Our Vision
We envision God’s people rising in great multitudes, unified in proclaiming His mercy, goodness, and grace to all. Our work brings hope and restoration to every nation. standing together, moving, serving, and giving, we help establish kingdom solutions that transform our cities and regions. We strive to bring holistic wellness and transformation while humbly sharing the life and love of Jesus Christ.
Part of sharing our lives is telling His story—testifying of God’s faithfulness and our obedience to His call.
So, here’s where it all began—the journey of my "yes." I had little understanding of what lay ahead, but I was led by the Spirit with clear instructions:
Sell your home, leave behind everything familiar, and start ministry—rescuing children.
God didn’t give me all the details. I didn’t yet realize that I was walking in purpose.
A Cry for More—A Call to the Broken
For eight years, I was a foster parent, pouring into the lives of children who were deeply wounded. But after years of struggles, obstacles, and frustration with the broken system, I told the Lord, "I’m done." I took a break for a year and a half.
During this time, I cried out to the Lord, asking Him to make me uncomfortable in every place of comfort. I had no idea how that prayer would shift my entire life.
Before this, I attended a Pentecostal Fire Conference in Dawsonville, Georgia, seeking a deeper encounter with God. During worship, I wept before the Lord, surrendering my "yes."
But something happened afterward—after returning home, the Lord woke me up night after night at 3:00 AM to sit with Him in prayer, worship, and seeking His direction and healing.
Then He spoke so clearly:
"I am calling you to foster those broken children."
Shortly after, a young lady I met at the conference sent me a picture that had been posted on the event’s page—a picture of me at the altar, crying out to the Lord.
At that moment, God reminded me of my YES to Him on the altar.
A Prophetic Confirmation—A Call to Texas
In June 2021, I visited Dallas, Texas and sensed that the Lord was calling me there. I continued to pray for clarity.
Months later, in October 2021, I attended A Prophetic Encounter Conference in Sunnyside. During the service, the Apostle said:
> "Some of you—God is calling you to move to Texas, Arizona, and Florida."
In that moment, I knew—that was my confirmation.
By November 2021, we began preparing for the move in the summer of 2022.
Leaving Everything Behind
This was not an easy decision. I had never imagined leaving the place I had lived my entire life, let alone leaving my children and grandchildren. It was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do.
Yet, I obeyed.
After hearing the voice of the Lord, I packed, gave away, and sold most of my possessions. I left behind everything:
✔ My church
✔ My family and grandchildren
✔ My circle of influence and friends
✔ My daycare business of 16 years
✔ The place where I was born and raised
✔ My home of just three years, with zero savings
In the summer of 2022, I relocated to Texas, along with my close friend Judie and my four beautiful children: Hailey, Chloe, Jianna, and Riley.
God’s Promise Sustained Me
Every step of the way, I clung to His promise:
> "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future." – Jeremiah 29:11
This was not just a move—it was the birthing of a mission.
